Philosophy

Weight Loss


The amount of weight lost should be approximately the same as that of fat lost. To achieve this, one needs to alter some of their lifestyle routines, including nutrition and physical activity habits. “Express Diets”, restricting energy and nutrient intake, are not part of our philosophy since they are exhausting for the body and yield temporary results. The target for me and all those who trust me is to achieve and maintain a fat percentage within normal ranges, so that they are and feel healthy and good looking.

Health Conditions


At the presence of any health problem related to nutrition, out primary goal is the rehabilitation and management of that problem, through nutrition. Weight loss, if it is required, comes as second.
